Level I 4:45pm - 6pm & 6:30pm - 7:45pm

Rest and digest with focus on stretching, stabilizing, and toning, hips, lower back, abdomen,
and pelvic floor. Beginners welcome.

Wednesday Aug 20th

Level I & II 9:30am - 10:45am

Hatha Flow with many modifications as needed. Experience a unity between your body movement and breath as you are guided through an energizing flow and given time to pause and connect. Beginners welcome.

Thursday Aug 21st

 Level I &II 6:30pm - 7:45pm

Yoga with small weights. Traditional poses with a new take beneficial for women’s overall health by further helping with posture, strength, and injury prevention. Beginners welcome.

Friday Aug 22nd

Level I & II 6:30pm - 7:45pm

Deep core & pelvic floor. Pelvic floor strengthening flow combining breathwork and various yoga holds with modifications and/or small weights (2-3lbs) to reach those inner abdominal muscles. Beginners welcome.

Saturday Aug 23rd

Level I & II 12pm – 1:15pm

Hatha Flow with many modifications as needed. Experience a unity between your body movement and breath as you are guided through an energizing flow and given time to pause and connect. Beginners welcome.
