
Small steps to make a Big difference.
I found Karen's approach to helping me recover from a major surgery very supportive. I had a private lesson and assessment with her before attending classes. In that private session Karen helped me to modify poses based on what my body was capable of without strain. Slowly day by day, my body got stronger, I became more confident, and my healing was speeding along as my breath and body returned to my presurgery fitness. I learned how to make small steps to make a big difference. Thank you so much for your support, skills, and encouragement.

YOLO Ease: Poly vagal event feedback 🧘🏼♀️
I really enjoyed the polyvagal classes I attended. I actually credit the first one for resetting my nervous system. I believe it helped my body to finally relax and come out of constant fight or flight. I will want to attend these when they are offered in 2026.
