I started practicing with Karen in May 2024. Karen's approach to yoga of adapting the pose to your body, instead of your body to the pose has opened my eyes to yoga's healing power of mind, body and spirit. Through her guidance I have a whole new relationship with yoga and have experienced the ripple out into my everyday life. Truly grateful 🙏🏼💜 Jen Reid Croken

YOLO From Anywhere: Iceland

I have been doing yoga with Karen at YOLO since she opened her beautiful studio in June of 2025. With Karen as my phenomenal guide yoga has now become part of my everyday life. I am away from YOLO on a fantastic trip to Iceland and found myself thinking of how to work at least one pose a day into our adventure. It has been a rewarding challenge to make this happen each day and figure out a spot and pose to suit the environment. I also owe a big thanks to Jenn Shea for suggesting I try tree pose in some new beautiful places. I can't wait to get back to YOLO full time again. 💕 🙏
