level. Modifications available and supported.

Tuesdays Level I 4:45pm - 6pm & 6:30pm - 7:45pm.

Rest and digest with focus on stretching, stabilizing, and toning, hips, lower back, abdomen,
and pelvic floor. Beginners welcome.

Wednesdays Level I & II 9:30am - 10:45am.

Hatha Flow with many modifications as needed. Experience a unity between your body movement and breath as you are guided through an energizing flow and given time to pause and connect. Beginners welcome.

Thursdays Level I &II 6:30pm - 7:45pm.

Yoga with small weights. Traditional poses with a new take beneficial for women’s overall health by further helping with posture, strength, and injury prevention. Beginners welcome.

Oct 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, Nov 6, 13, 20, 27, Dec 4, 11, 18.

Fridays Level I & II 6:30pm - 7:45pm.

Deep Core & Pelvic Floor. Lengthen and tone with abdominal strength. Pelvic floor strengthening flow combining breathwork and various yoga holds with modifications and/or small weights (2-3lbs) to reach
those inner abdominal muscles. Beginners welcome.
