Join Karen in these sublime 3 hour events dedicated to nourish your mind, body, & soul through somatic movement, mantras, & music. Each event adds a new layer to your knowledge on the role of the vagus nerve reset and gives you tools to heal your nervous system: your brain-gut connection. Combining yoga movement with an understanding of the polyvagal technique. Spacing is limited to 12 per event. Each event is $60. Sign up for all 3 for $150.

This 3 hour event is filled with yoga sequencing, self reflection, and techniques you can use anytime to connect with your vagal nerve and learn to reset it.
Participate in yoga movement, breath flow, and sensation awareness. The event starts out with a somatic flow and is followed by exploring techniques that incorporate a combination of pranayama, mantras, mudras, & sound healing for nervous system health & stress management.
Your nervous system heals when you understand how it works and can communicate with it in a safe and loving way.
