About Cindy

Cindy is the founder of Luna Yoga and a trauma-informed accredited yoga, meditation, and breathwork practitioner who has shared these practices around the world. She believes movement is medicine — and that yoga is so much more than movement alone.

Her classes reflect her curiosity about not just how we practice, but why — blending diverse healing modalities, mindfulness, and reverence for the natural world. Known for her heartfelt approach and respect for yoga’s roots, Cindy empowers others to move through life with presence, curiosity, and compassion.
