April monthly membership $125.
Includes all of Karen's yoga class offerings. This month Karen will be away from April 25 - May 2. She is taking her momma to the tulip festival and popping in to visit her daughter. The monthly membership price is still a steal: you have access to 5 yoga classes/week!!
Monthly membership costs cannot be transferred to next month.
Yin & Restorative events are not included.
Classes put on by other Lifestyle Associates not included in offer.

Claim your weekly spot for the month!! Pick your class from Karen's offerings and register for the full month in advance! Miss a class? You get a credit for a make-up class within that month. A great time to try a Level II or a Hatha Flow class or to slow down with a rest and digest class 😊

Mondays Level II 6:30pm - 7:45pm. 3 weeks - April 6, 13, 20.
Lengthen and tone. Spine & upper back strengthening taking your yoga practice to the next
level. Modifications available and supported.
Tuesdays Level I 4:45pm - 6pm & 6:30pm-7:45pm. 3 weeks - April 7, 14, 21.
Rest and digest with focus on stretching, stabilizing, and toning, hips, lower back, abdomen,
and pelvic floor. Beginners welcome.
Wednesdays: No Wednesday classes this month as Karen is in training. BUT there will be some extra fun pop up's through out the month for the monthly memberships as a thankyou for their ongoing support toward YOLO and commitment to themselves!!
Thursdays Level I &II 4:45pm - 6pm. 4 weeks - April 2, 9, 16, 23.
Yoga with small weights (1-3lbs) provided. Traditional poses with a new take beneficial for women’s overall health by further helping with strength, balance, and injury prevention. Beginners welcome.
Fridays Level I 6:30pm - 7:45pm. 4 weeks - April 3, 10, 17, 24.
Rest and digest with focus on stretching, stabilizing, and toning, hips, lower back, abdomen,
and pelvic floor. Beginners welcome.
Saturdays Level I & II 11:30am - 12:30pm. 3 weeks - April 4, 11, 18.
Hatha Flow with many modifications as needed. Experience a unity between your body movement and breath as you are guided through an energizing flow and given time to pause and connect. Beginners welcome.
