Mondays Level II 6:30pm - 7:45pm.

Lengthen and tone. Spine & upper back strengthening taking your yoga practice to the next
level. Modifications available and supported.

Dec 1, 8, 15, 29.

Tuesdays Level I 4:45pm - 6pm & 6:30pm - 7:45pm.

Rest and digest with focus on stretching, stabilizing, and toning, hips, lower back, abdomen,
and pelvic floor. Beginners welcome.

Dec 2, 9, 16, 30th.

Wednesdays Level I & II 11:30am - 12:30pm.

Hatha Flow with many modifications as needed. Experience a unity between your body movement and breath as you are guided through an energizing flow and given time to pause and connect. Beginners welcome.

Dec 3, 10, 17.

Thursdays Level I &II 4:45pm - 6pm

Yoga with small weights. Traditional poses with a new take beneficial for women’s overall health by further helping with strength, balance, and injury prevention. Beginners welcome.

Dec 4, 11, 18.

Fridays Level I & II 6:30pm - 7:45pm.
