Hatha Flow with many modifications as needed. Experience a unity between your body movement and breath as you are guided through an energizing flow and given time to pause and connect. Beginners welcome.
Thursdays Level I &II 4:45pm. Feb 26
Yoga with small weights. Traditional poses with a new take beneficial for women’s overall health by further helping with strength, balance, and injury prevention. Beginners welcome.
Fridays Level I & II 6:30pm - 7:45pm. Feb 27.
Rest and digest with focus on stretching, stabilizing, and toning, hips, lower back, abdomen,
and pelvic floor. Beginners Welcome.
Saturdays Level I & II 11:30am - 12:30pm. Feb 28.
