Sept 1, 8, 15, 22, 29. 

Dynamic movement through traditional poses with focus on stretching and stabilizing your pelvic floor through hips openers, twists, and relaxation/ pranayama techniques. Beginners welcome.

Other weekly class offerings start Sept 17th. Ask about deals when booking more than 3 classes upfront. 

Thursdays 4:45pm - 5:55pm.                                                                                                                                                                         Sept 17 & 24.

Yoga Sculpt with small weights (1-3lbs) provided. Traditional poses with a new take beneficial for women’s overall health focusing on strength, balance, and overall toning. Some experience with yoga recommended. 

 

Fridays 4:45pm - 5:55pm & 6:30pm - 7:40pm.  Sept 18  &  25.

Hatha Flow with many modifications as needed. Experience a unity between your body movement and breath as you are guided through an energizing flow and given time to pause and connect. Beginners welcome.

 

Mondays 6:30pm -7:40pm.  Sept 21 & 28

An intermediate flow incorporating longer holds and binds to lengthen your spine and tone your overall body. Modifications available and supported. For the experienced yoga student.
